Cody Burleson is a Solutions Architect for Base22 who has worked on enterprise-class web solutions for some of the world’s leading brands. He works to help originations succeed with modern and elegant solutions to large and complex problems. “I guess you could say I’m enthralled by mountains,” he says.
As a former Information Architect, Cody began his study and use of Semantic Web technologies in 2004 and has been an advocate ever since. As a member of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), he contributed to the Linked Data Platform 1.0 specification, which became a formal standard in 2015. He is the creator of Carbon LDP, a Linked Data Platform, which acts as a single access point to the enterprise knowledge graph – empowering “everyday” developers to read and write Linked Data through a simple web API.
He is an adventure seeker, a ground breaker, and a change maker who loves to write and speak about what he’s learned from a career in the trenches and about what he’s learning now as he continues to surf the waves of technological change.
